The basis of my deck is to get out Thopter Foundry and Glassdust Hulk, then sacrifice all my artifacts to pump the Hulk and attack with a really strong un-blockable creature.

Lands

Islands x8
Plains x7
Swamps x6
Arcane Sanctum x2

Artifacts

Mistvein Borderpost x3
Fieldmist Borderpost x2
Thopter Foundry x3
Obelisk of Alara x1
Scepter of Insight x1

Artifact Creatures

Court Homunculus x2
Ethersworn Canonist x1
Vedalken Outlander x4
Tidehollow Strix x2
Esper Stormblade x1
Arsenal Thresher x4
Tower Gargoyle x4
Glassdust Hulk x4
Sphinx Summoner x1
Sharding Sphinx x3

I would like comments by the end of the day, because I am going to FNM. I need to know if this deck is ready for FNM, and if not, what I should get to make it better.

Looks like you'll fare pretty well.
You might want to watch your mana, though. Almost half of your deck is land and cards that produce extra mana, but most of your spells aren't that expensive. I can see you getting stuck drawing too many lands when you really need some spells to play.

You may want to replace a few lands with cards that landcycle, like Sanctum Plowbeast. That way, you can get the lands if you need them, but you'll at least have some creatures to play if your land is already in abundance. And it seems like you don't use black as much as the other two colors, so you could redo the land ratio if you want.
Just a thought.

Also, you could look at some fishing cards to try to pull the artifacts you've based the deck around. You could try something like Sphinx Summoner, which would allow you to get your hulk into your hand.

Overall, I like the idea. It is a small deck with a specific focus, and most of the cards go together pretty well.
Oh, and it's "court" homunculus, not "count".

I know that it was Court Homunculus. I was typing fast. I was wondering about the mana myself. I will take out 2 lands then put in a Sphinx Summoner.

Should I put in a Scepter of Insight?

Maybe just one. It would allow you to go through your cards quicker and have something else for the foundry-hulk combo. Not a bad addition.

Gericault: Is this deck fast enough then?

Faster then an Eldrazi deck.  But if you really want my suggestions, based on what I would do.

I would up your ethersworn-artifact decks aren't the rage anymore so it will slow alot of players up while you build your win con- i would take out the arcane sanctiums to do it-with the fieldposts you don't need that much land

I would lose 2 arsnel and the oblisk for 3 archtects of will=there cycling ability will help find what you need

1 outlander, summoner, and stormblade- would be replaced with 3 time sheive

2 tower and the scepter(not a fan personally) would be replaced with-you ready-open the vault

Do you see what I'm thinking????
