Could someone please answer a question that's bugging me? If you have boggart shenanigans in play and a boggart birth rite in the grave, and then play another birth rite to retrieve the one in the grave, does the played birth rite trigger shenanigan's effect, because it's a tribal sorcery- Goblin?

No, Because the Birth rite is not a permanent going into the graveyard. Playing instart and/or sorcery spells does not count as being "In Play"
