Title: if you and your opponent cast a spell to take an extra turn..?

if you AND your opponent cast a spell that has "take an extra turn after this one" at the SAME time... then what would happen? you cant both just take an extra turn at the same time!? ...

Cards cannot be played at the same time, one always interuptes the other, so whichever resolved first would take their extra turn first
