That is a good question...I personally haven't figured it out honestly...I'm just lurking around waiting for a fun topic to start... :3

Might try googling it, but all I got was a post about knarf asking about how to make them...so yeah...that's all...

Same way as any other pic. Mine, for example. Save it to your computer (or make it yourself) and upload it. Just keep it small in file size.
