Title: Fabled Hero + Seeds of Strength

Another random question due to my inability to reflect reason....

Fabled Hero states : "Whenever you cast a spell that targets Fabled Hero, put a +1/+1 counter on Fabled Hero."

If you cast Seeds of Strength, I realize you are casting a single spell, however, that spell can target the Hero three separate times. Anyone know how the ruling would work for this?

Heroic triggers when you cast a spell so Seeds of Strength would only trigger it once.

Straight from the errata for Fabled Hero:
9/15/2013 Heroic abilities will trigger only once per spell, even if that spell targets the creature with the heroic ability multiple times.
