So with true conviction,nefrox,overlord of grixis swings does it make u sac 2 creatures with exalted stack twice?

Exalted and the sac ability occur due to attacking. Double strike occurs where during a single attack, the creature deals both first strike damage and "regular strike" damage.
So there is still only one attack, so only one exalted bonus and one sac.
However, if you want to add Gratuitous violence to the mix, then the exalts stack and each extra attack from the enchantment begets an additional sac trigger.
