Title: Derevi EDH

Hey guys...how are you. So i'm dickin around with a derevi tactician EDH deck and looking for some fun ways to play it. I kind of want to focus on bouncing cards in and out. I was going through some when I came across phantom nishoba. Question. If I keep bouncing nishoba does it keep getting 1/1 counters added to it?

Every time you bounce it, re-enters with only 7 +1/+1 counters. Whenever you bounce a critter, it loses all counters on it when it leaves.
