Title: Playing the Eldrazi From Your Hand

Considering all the new and expensive Eldrazi cards I was wondering if anyone knew some good cards to play creatures from your hand or library. Since I got the 15/15 promo and other Eldrazis, I've been dying to find easier ways to play them. If the cards were island, plains, or mountain that would be even better.

Take advantage of all the Spawn tokens. Also, you can use Polymorph or Telemin Performance. They don't activate the cast ability but it is still a 15/15 for 4 or 5 mana.

another good way is of course, a green deck since they already make retarded amounts of mana.  and remember you just have to CAST them, not cast from your hand (you can cast them from your GY for example, as long as you arent JUST putting them into play)  so use the new Spawnsire, and keep 1 of each eldrazi in your sideboard:

also, im pissed because the store i went to for prerelease didnt give out emrakul as the prerelease card, they gave us the goddamn box topper, so we are tryin to get that fixed....

You have no right to complain. All is Dust and Kargan Dragonlord are amazing! The only good card I got was Vengevine. I know it's good but all my other cards were crap.

you want to play eldrazi faster then go to legacy and get the urzatron lands, cloudpost, and vesuva. Goes well with the two eldrazi lands.

training ground was my good one, but 4 of those and four heartstones=8 mana for any number of eldrazi from outside your deck? That becomes to good

Forbidden Orchard + Defense of the Heart + Eldrazi  = crying baby jesus

it may not be a cast, but by god, it will still put a damper on the opponents day lol

The best way to get eldrazi out quik is green and summoning trap 1st turn noble 2nd turn lotus cobra and knight of the reliquary turn three 15/15 at end of your turn untap swing win. I have done this on numerous occasions

This is my Type 2 Polymorph build if you wanna see how it runs...

Island                       x 8
Plains                        x 9
Halimar Depths         x 3

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn         x 2

Polymorph                                x 4
Luminarch Ascension               x 2
Wind Zendikon                          x 3
Martial Coup                             x 2
Day of Judgment                      x 3
Path to Exile                             x 4
Angelsong                                x 3

Essence Scatter                       x 3
Negate                                      x 4
Hindering Light                         x 3
Whiplash Trap                           x 2
Ponder                                      x 3
Treasure Hunt                          x 3

Obviously, Emrakul is the only creature in the deck. Use Wind Zendikon, Martial Coup, and Luminarch Ascension for tokens to sac to Polymorph. The rest of the deck is complete board control, counterspell, and card draw filtering. Using Treasure Hunt with Halimar Depths and Ponder, you can filter your lands into your hand prior to drawing your nonland card. Works incredibly well.  Cheers.
