First, lemme say........this is one hell of a deck.  I've never been a big fan of cards that give opponents a choice, but with every card in your deck being a consequence card, it can't help but have a huge impact.

There are a couple of small issues I would keep in mind.....
Obviously, Black/Red decks can't handle enchantments. What do you do when your opponent takes the 5 damage from Dash Hopes in order to play Story Circle (red)? This would not only negate the damage in your deck, but hinder your Browbeat's, as well.
I don't know if you want to play older cards, but I would suggest maybe some Ghostly Flame's in the sideboard to counter color protection. Also, Ghostfire's to sideboard for Lightning Bolts?
Along this same line, the only other way you have to rid yourself of enchantments that could be hindering you, is if your Choice of Damnations works for you.

I see why you are using Overmaster......counter protection, and extra card draw. Still, I'm not a fan.  Forking a Browbeat would be more effective, maybe with a Boseiju, Who Shelters All?
I understand the need for some land control, but still not a fan of the Lava Blister's. Too circumstantial for my tastes.

I love the Flames of the Blood Hand, Backlash, Temporal Extortion....

Your choice of Lands.......not so much. Dragonskull Summit could limit you in the early game if your lands don't fall smoothly ( Ex: All nonbasics in opening hand).  Suggest maybe Bloodstained Mire's instead?  This would also let you ditch the Expedition Maps and open up those 2 card slots for something else. (I don't dig the maps)  One other land you might wanna run 1 of......Spinerock Knoll. Could come in handy with all this consequence damage you're running.

Lands suggestion:  Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth     x 2
                                Graven Cairns                          x 3
                                Bloodstained Mire                    x 3
                                Spinerock Knoll                         x 1
Boseiju, Who Shelters All         x 1
                                Mountains                                 x 8
                                Swamps                                    x 2

So, overall......excellent deck my friend.....A+++.....biggest downside, enchantment control, but that comes with the colors.  Choice of Damnations is one of the few cards that could shift the tide there, but even that is iffy.  One last thing, consider sliding in 1 or 2 Forsaken Wastes. If your damage is effective, this card can seal the game for you.

Oh, and by the way......No Blightning in here???  Shame on you.
Another sideboard card to consider.....Guerilla Tactics, against discard decks.
And if you went wacky and threw in a creature, it had better be Ashenmoor Liege.....lol.

Skybreak--thanks for the feedback, i do like your suggestion about ghostly flame, it will get around story as well as COP's and pro-red/black.  though i can't agree with ghostfire as its not on the same left as lighting bolt, which will be colerless with ghostly, though I can side incinerate.

Lava Blister is more of a meta choice there are alot of non-basic lands floating around, the way i see it is its basically 6 damage for 2.  As for the lands I was debating about the dragonskull or blood crypt,  I think iyour right about dragonskull potential slowing me down, so i think I'll go with blood crypt, with the amount of red in the deck compared to the limited amount of black, i want each land to be able to produce red.  Bloodstain would only beable to search for a mountain as swamps would be a wasted land drop early game. That is acutally the reason for the maps, since they can find any land I can tutor for urborg which will give me the mana for temporal without losing any red.  Though Bojestu is a good idea, I don;t know if its worth the lose of card draw, especially for whats basically a burn deck, though additional forks is nice.  Ill have to see how it plays out

As for the blightning, i can see that in here or even more on theme its punishing cousin, skullscorch.  It might not be as much damage but the ramdom discard could be nice

Thanks for the input

Hey Gericault, lemme know when you get this built and have a chance to play-test it. I'd really like to know how it plays, problems you find, etc.  If it plays well, I may end up ordering the cards I don't have and building it myself.

If enchantments really do become a problem, then you might consider splashing green in their.  It is really easy to do, and only slows your deck down a little.  Though mabye you can just make do (I find it likely)

I must say this really is a very cool deck.  Like the use of non-standard control from red and black.

Skybreak-no problem, what I usually do is build the deck online at workstation and tweak it there before buying the cards, but since you were interested in it I put it on tradecards online if you want to take it for a test run
