I haven't done the draft yet, but Right off the bat this card looks mighty powerful.
4/4 Flyer for 5 mana in draft is a power house!
Except for this cards bigest enemy [ Flame Slash : one red for 4 damage to target creature ( Sorcery )]<-- this card kills 95 of the 108 total creatures in thie set.
Ok back to Drana... This card has the capiblity, with enough mana, of killing 107 of the 108 creatures. <-- another card that has the same effect as this is [ Heat Ray : X and one red it deals X damage to a target creature ( Instant )]

I you can somehow manage to play the above card in a draft I think you pretty much win unless your opponent was lucky enough to get a [ Tajuru Preserver in play ]<-- 2/1 Spells and abilities your opponents control can't cause you to sacrifice permanents ]
If you see a Consuming Vapors in draft you might want to grab it because it pwns all. This card forces your opponent to sac a creature, then it rebounds to do it again. ( I think Mr. Burns would say the following about this card... Excellent! )
