Title: Maze of Ith placement

I've been watching the market on Maze of Ith for over a year and finally got one at a decent price. Now my challenge is to figure out which deck will recieve it. I've narrowed it down to these six.

1)Red Gorilla Chieftain+Liquimetal Coating "land" destruction deck
2)Artifact Coretapper+Magistrate's Scepter deck
4)White Rune of Protection Deck
5)Blue Chronatog+Statis Deck
6)Blue deck that has infinite mana/draw/damage (but is slow as $#!+)

Your input is greatly appreciated!

1)Red Gorilla Chieftain+Liquimetal Coating "land" destruction deck --Do you mean gorilla shaman? By keeping the land count down, creature toughness will stay down within range of burn spells

2)Artifact Coretapper+Magistrate's Scepter deck--possibility
Whats number 3??

4)White Rune of Protection Deck--Kor Haven is cheaper $, can generate mana when not stopping creatures (it might take two to use the ability but it doesn't remove from combat so your creatures still do damage and doesn't become a blocker if you can't kill it), not to mention holy day effects

5)Blue Chronatog+Statis Deck--the maze becomes worthless once stasis is down, since you have blue, i'm sure you have bounce to protect you

6)Blue deck that has infinite mana/draw/damage (but is slow as $#!+)--if it's slow, you need a way to keep you alive to build your combo.  Seems the logical choice.

Well, unless I go with number 3, whatever it was supposed to be, I will put it in the mentioned blue deck! Thank you!

And yes, I did mean Gorilla Shaman. Now that I have that combo (from this site!) that deck runs so much smoother.

Maybe its just the pragmatist in me talking, but why not keep some extra sleeves for each deck, and move the maze between the decks as needed? No sense limiting yourself to using a card in just one deck when you have it.
