Your goal is this: Make a permanent on your battlefield with EVERY permanent type (Artifact, Creature, Enchantment, Land, Planeswalker). Subtypes like fortification and aura are not necessary. The fewer cards you use, in the fewest colors, the better.

Any Planeswalker -Planeswalker, duh.
Xenograft (saproling) -part one of land
Life and Limb - part two of land
Mycosynth Lattice -artifact
Enchanted Evening-Enchantment
Opalescence-Creature

I would have started with Dryad Arbor, but I don't see anyway to make something into a planeswalker.

activate Gideon's 0 ability and equip the Stalactite to him. Now he is an artifact, enchantment, planeswalker, Saproaling Forest 2/2 with every creature type. 5 cards, 2 (forget the blue) colours.

my version would be:
Enchanted Evening for enchantments
Lattice for artifacts
Life and limb for land
March of the Machines for Creatures
Conspiracy - saproling to make everything a creature saproling/forest.
Any planeswalker - it is impossible to make every permanent into a planeswalker... though you can use the sorcery that makes every creature a copy of target creature, but that would destroy all the other permanents...
