Ideas and Suggestions Only other Dragons I own are Dragon Hatchling, Furnace Whelp, Nicol Bolas, and Palladia Mors, and no I own no more snow lands

Hmmm, after looking at this I noticed two things that may be an issue....

1: You consider this a dragon deck, but you have things like Charging Troll which don't really add to the advantage of having those dragons. I am assuming this is a casual deck, considering there is basically no removal or control in your deck at all. Gonna be hard pressed to keep permanents on the board.

2: You seem to be spreading a lot of color around. Looks to be pretty much 5-color, but if your opponent is running some removal against you, you may not be able to have access to every color you need. Ex: Destruction of your artifacts, or lands. Then you are stuck with Insperia, or Charging Troll, or a dragon in your hand without proper mana.

You may consider running Scion of the Ur-Dragon. He's fairly cheap to get on eBay. Using his ability, you can focus your dragon team to maybe some Quicksilver Dragons, Yosei the Morning Stars, and Numot the Devastator. Then instead of running so much color, you could use Summoner's Eggs and/or Deathrenders to get all your critters in play.

If someone targets your Scion, use his ability to change to Quicksilver. If he attacks and isn't blocked, change him to Numot. If you need board control, let him die as a Yosei. Then you have room in your deck for some removal, card draw, and mana acceleration. Maybe throw in some Stream of Consciousness to return your dragons back to your deck for re-use. Maybe some Mind Stone's for mana and card draw.

In my opinion you are all over the place, there doesn't seem to a focus, why vectius, why skyward eye, besides the ones sky mentioned, what are they doing for you to help your deck. Why dark ritual, yes its good for black decks and a 1 time boost, however cards like harrow, kodamas reach, and far wanderings will be better for the long run, also if you want to use all the artifacts for mana I would say get a couple of etherium scupters to make them cheaper, either way you need to prepare for the long game, dragon decks need time to get the mana to play the dragons and right now you don't have much of an early game, sakura tribe elder will provide and early blocker as well as a land tutor. And speaking of tutor, sky is absolutly right about the scion, get a couple copies of him, quicksilver to, however instead of numot(though I think numot should have a place) I would go with teneb, the harvester. reason being it can bring your other dragons scion uses back to the field.

A couple dragon archs wouldn't hurt with the dragons your using.
