No, it isn't Shaharazad or Jace, but it is of those colors.

Meddling Mage was brought up conversation and it dawned on me that the card had many iterations made through the years. There are actually enough to make a deck.
Aside from making WU straight up denial, I figured it would run things like Telepathy and Lantern of Insight. I'm going to post a deck notion tomorrow, but I figured I'd check for suggestions first.

something like miracle deck... (not the mechanic)

with counterbalance and sensei's divining top...

Is there a way to get a card played fast that lets you go through your opponent's library, get this guy in play and add in Followed Footsteps or something like that?

You could basically just create him over and over again naming all the cards in the guys library until he can't cast anything and HAS to give up.

I would play mill with it too because you can see his graveyard you could metagame a little.

Hmm, apparently it isn't that bad off.

Followed Footsteps is a great idea, but I'm if I should have more than one or two, due to the vast amount of the card denial cards being enchantments (hence Copy Enchantments, thanks to the F.F. suggestion).

Here is the current list that I got (and it needs trimming):

Land
4x Glacial Fortress
12x Plains
12x Island

Creatures (This deck is not very fast and doesn't damage very easily, should i be adding unblockables or Black Vise or what exactly)
4x Meddling Mage
4x Fog Bank (I need a good blocker)
4x Rootwater Thief (maybe not 4, but it is quick and lets me look through the opponent's deck quickly)

Artifacts
4x Lantern of Insight
4x Isochron Scepter
Should i get artifact revival (a Hannah??) or  not worth it?

Enchantments
4x Nevermore
4x Exclusion Ritual
4x Runed Halo (not the best but it is quick)
4x Copy Enchantment
4x Telepathy (Wandering Eye reveals my hand too and costs cmc 3)
2x Followed Footsteps
2x Null Chamber (should it be just one? It is sadly a world enchantment)

Instants
1x Counterbore (maybe?)
4x Boomerang (for restructing the battlefield if there hand doesn't have something already blocked and something else is on the top of their library that I need to block)
4x Surgical Extraction (I have no qualms with paying 2 life to play this, also great on the Scepter)
1x Scour (is it worth playing Enchanted Evening with this to wipe out their lands?)
1x Quash

Sorcery
4x Replenish (less?)
4x Extract (doesn't do much, but lets me see their whole library very early on, or should I just stick with the Surgical Extractions?
1x Traumatize (needed ?)
