Title: Best Creature to Pariah?

For a long time now, I have run Cho Manno + Pariah in my Rune of Protection deck as a back up.

I'm starting to wonder if I should tweak it due to the changing times.

I know that Stuffy Doll is the common new guy for this combo, but 5 is a little steep for my mana curve. I was thinking Darksteel Myr would do fantastic (indestructible 0/1).

Cho-Manno - Legendary Mercadian Masques cred. Can actually attack. Prevents damage, so is immune to wither/infect creatures.
Darksteel Myr- cost 1 less, can't be destroyed.

Both can still be bounced or Grasped of Darkness which made me wonder if there was a Cho Manno-type creature that had hexproof.

Can anyone suggest other creatures not mentioned or weigh in on the C.M vs. Ds.M question?
