A few thoughts...

- No Lingering Souls? They're bonkers with Sublime Archangel plus the low casting cost and flashback can allow for extort goodness.
- Godless Shrine works well with Crypt Ghast and Liliana.
- With so many six-drops, I'd add 2 or 3 more land.
- I actually think that you have too many six-drops. Maybe add another five-drop. I like Bloodgift Demon.
- Maybe 1 Vault of the Archangel?
- Angelic Skirmisher seems to clash with Sublime Archangel. One wants everyone to attack, the other only wants one attacker. I'd ditch the Skirmisher.
- Maybe an O-Ring or two to deal with problematic non-creature permanents?

I need more time to look at this deck. I got next to no mana and then it was all black. I got Liliana out, but ten turns later I got my second Plains.

I need a better draw... or you need more plains. I'll let you know how the second attempt works.

Sign in Blood can't really be passed up in an Orzhov deck.... I mean, it's just so perfect!

Since you have an exalted theme, maybe add some cathedral of war.  Also I agree with Zapdos you have a lot of 6cmc creatures, the skirmisher could be replaced with vampire nighthawks given and earlier game as well.  Personally I'm not a fan of deathpact angel the lingering souls would add more, at the very least some more removal like o-ring or tragic slip would buy time to get the big guys out

Personally, if I were you, i'd go with much cheaper creatures. The abilities are nice, but I personally like to keep it simple yet efficient. If you could make it where the highest cmc was 4, or where only one or two of them went up to cmc6, this would be a great deck. But at this point, it won't move fast enough to pull anything off. And I think plainswalkers are overpowered, so I typically don't run them lol. But that isn't a bad addition :)

You want to know the great thing about Sublime Archangel?

Play a WU deck.
turn 3: Latch Seeker
turn 4:drop first Sublime, attack for unblockable 5
turn 5:drop second Sublime, attack for unblockable 9
turn 6:drop third Sublime, attack for unblockable 15 (total unblockable damage is now 29)

I will say this about Ajani: He's there specifically for one card (of which you have only two in your deck). Sorin gives you a chump blocker a turn, while Liliana improves your draws since you won't be wasting your time with/waiting for swamps. I get where Ajani's final will combo with Sublime, but how often are you going to be able to pull that off?

Ajani looks fun with Spark Trooper. Turn 3, buff your one-drop or two-drop. Turn 4, drop the Trooper, use Ajani to give him flying and double strike, and deal 12 damage to your opponent while gaining 12 life.

All sound ideas. The deck actually works as is, but it is a little slow. Liliana does speed it up SIGNIFICANTLY. The Skirmisher was an idea, but honestly, doesn't see play nearly as often as the Sublime. Skirmisher is being removed for Nighthawks. I've gotten Ajani's big ability off several times with this build. Isolated Chapel is now Godless Shrine. Blind Obedience is a game changer when facing off with Boros. It saved my ass a couple times.
