Does anyone know if there are any cards that allow any creature to come out attacking until the end of the turn?

There is the ninjutsu ability and some creatures which put out tokens such as geist of st traft.  I can't think of something that allows any creature to come out attacking the best you can hope for is to use Kaalia of the vast-she lets you put out dragons, demons, and angels, but since she is black you can combine her with conspiracy to put out anything.  This will also work with preeminent captain

That would be pretty nice. But I was thinking about say if utrava hellkite came out swinging. When it attacks, it gets a dragon, and if that came out the same way, it'd be infinite creatures and damage. So in a way, hoping one wasn't made even though it'd be pretty epic lol

sorry but that wouldn't work.  When an ability triggers when something attacks it only triggers when attackers are declared and no other time.

Go back to Kaaila for example, her ability triggers when you declare her an attacker, when it resolves you put Radkos the defiler into the field.  Since the declare attackers has already passed his sac permanets ability doesn't trigger.

Ninjitsu is the only really good "come out swinging" mechanic. Example: I attack with a 0/1 Will-O-The-Wisp. Since not many people would expect that, they would likely not declare blockers. Pay the ninjitsu cost on say...Ink-Eyes. The Will goes to your hand, Ink-Eyes comes out swinging for 5. Since no blockers were declared, she deals her 5 damage. That would be a great mechanic to see come back, but like Shadow, it is DIRTY!
