This card looks to be way too overpowered. Pay 3 to power up a creature and draw a card.

I wanted that card so bad when I first saw it.
Goes great with my Blue Flying/Control.

This is an awesome card because of three reasons.
1. It has a cool sounding name and art.
2. It's useful to play in any blue deck and has an amazing ability.
3. The flavor text is puzzling and funny at the same time.
