Ok Gericault, rules-master, you'll prolly be able to answer this......lol

If you reanimate a creature from the graveyard to play, can you pay its kicker cost as it comes into play, or is it a cast-only ability?
Also, if there is a kicker card imprinted on Isochron Scepter, would you be able to pay its kicker cost when the scepter is activated?

Well, (correct me if i'm wrong) the actual text of Kicker is this "Pay as you cast this spell." So the reanimated creatures can't be kicked... As for the Scepter, yup you can pay kicker costs of the imprinted instant card as you cast the spell after activation of the scepter, it is considered casting it as it is counted in Storm and can be Replicated if it has replicate...

    spell is on the stack. "Kicker [cost]" means "You may pay an additional
    [cost] as you cast this spell.    "
