Again, Naturalize has been reprinted (RoE)... Since it's first appearance in Onslaught, it has been reprinted in core sets.. Even in Shards of Alara...

What I want to know is why disenchant doesn't get reprinted same spell but white instead of green

Well, it might be the fact that there are already auras and artifacts in RoE (12/86) spoiled cards...

naturalize doesn't seem good enough to be reprinted in the new sets

really, naturlize has replaced disenchant, which was the origanal, it bugs me how this has been happening more and more as the sets go on.

Demystify is nowhere as good as Naturalize. It is only going to be good against Eldrazi Conscription.

Or any of the many other Enchantments in ROE & Type 2 decks. Granted Naturalize may be a better card though. But since a lot of Eldrazi are colorless non-artifacts it may not be as cost effective, (2 drop versus a 1 drop).
