How do Corpsejack Menace and the Graft mechanic interact? Is the triggered part of Graft actually "Remove a +1/+1 counter from (this creature) and put it on another creature entering the battlefield" or is moving the counter a single unique action? And does coming into play count as "putting on" counters? If so, I think I need to start working on a new deck.

Ravnica/Ravnica is a format I'm trying to start with my group. Only cards with Ravbica watermarks and basic lands allowed.

I'm going to say that the Menace and Graft are synergistic and that does work. Remember Doubling Season, that old Ravnica card that everyone uses in their combos? It's very similar to Corpsejack Menace in what it does, doubling counters if a counter were to be put a creature you control. Well Graft and Doubling season were used together all the time back then, and it triggered both when the creature wiht graft came into play (obviously) and when the creature grafted.

They do work together. Menence doubles the amount of counters when a graft enters play and when it places them
