Title: The New Goblins

So mono-red goblins has always sort of been the thing to use for new players on a budget that still can provide a degree of competitive play. But as I'm looking at the new spells involving goblins, they're a lot more token-based, and have higher costs - goblins could almost be running a degree of control now. So what's going to replace goblins as the cheap, aggro build?
I propose a WG aggro:
4x Dryad Militant
4x War Falcom
4x Fencing Ace
4x Loxodon Smiter
2x Wild Beastmaster
2x Silverblade Paladin
4x Giant Growth
4x Titanic Growth
4x Selesnya Charm
2x Revenge of the Hunted
2x Blessings of Nature
3x Oblivion Ring
4x Temple Garden
4x Sunpetal Grove
6x Plains
7x Forest
In a perfectly ideal world, the deck plays first, turn 1 - land, Militant or Falcon, turn 2 - land, Fencing Ace, attack for 2, turn 3 - land, titanic growth and giant growth on Ace, swing for 18. And that's game. I've only playtested it a bit and its done pretty well against control surprisingly. And the non-land cards can all be bought for around $32.

The lands are the problem as far as building on a budget... (Maybe run Evolving wilds for a placeholder?)

The lands are tricky, but near crucial for hitting any god-hand. it current costs $60 to get the eight rare lands, but if you substitute the Temple Gardens for Evolving Wilds you're looking at $16 for the land base, which isn't too bad. Under $50 and pretty hardhitting.

Thanks to them reprinting Goblin Grenade (and me having a spare set of Reckless Assaults) I made a sickening goblin deck that usually goes off turn five that the only rares it has are crap rares. I will admit that I'm blessed with a store that has a ten cent unsorted box, as well as dollar grab bags with at least one rare, but I'd still say someone could replicate the deck for under twenty bucks easily. It is something to be said when you are pumping out at least a goblin a turn and Skirk Fire Marshal is too slow for the deck.
Also, you still have the goblin pingers. They've been in the last few Msets (not the latest, however). I think you are over focusing on the game play of RtR. They want people to go to Izzet. That much is painstakingly obvious. However M13 is still pretty strong. You have Krenko and Goblin Arsonist (Goblin Grenade for six? Yes please!). Arms dealer is chunky, but with Krenko, your opponents' creatures shouldn't be much of a problem.
Guttersnipe is a new musthave for all goblin decks. My goblin grenades will start dealing eight damage. My Lightning bolts will five. That will be a miracle (thunderous wrath)!

If Grenade and Lightning Bolt were still in standard, then yeah that's be great, but they're rotating out unfortunately.
