Let's say I have a Young Wolf out then summon Mikeaus, the Unhallowed. Would the Young Wolf have two instances of Undying or would he still just get one +1/+1 counter after coming back from the graveyard?

no dude read what undying says. if it has no +1/+1 counterson it, return it to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter.

Technically, It would have two instances of undying, though will only have one counter. When the wolf dies both undying triggers go on the stack. The first one will resolve and bring the creature back with a counter the second one will then try to resolve but because the card it was looking for was not in the graveyard it will fizzle and do nothing

That makes sense. Need to do some Stack homework. Thanks for the clarification!

Almost correct. You have to remember the order of the stack and the way things resolve on the stack. Wolf dies, 1st undying triggers then 2nd undying triggers. Since the 2nd trigger was placed on the stack last, it will resolve first. The 1st undying will look for the wolf, since it's not in the graveyard, it will fail to function. Just remember, last in, first out. Golden rule of the stack.
