What happens to a creature if you use Act Of Treason on it and then Cloudshift on it. Do you keep the creature because it comes into play its refresh.

Now I have one: A creature has Persist and Undying. Comes back with no counters?

no it has a counter but which one and when depends on how it is stacked the first time it dies.

Persist and undying are both triggered abilities.  so when a creature with both dies both trigger.  since they both went off at the same time you control the order they go on the stack.

If you put persist on the stack first, the undying trigger with resolve first bringing the creature back with a +1/+1 counter.  Persist would then try to resolve but will fizzle because the creature is no longer in the grave.

now when the creature dies again, undying will NOT trigger because the creature has a +1/+1 counter, however, persist will trigger bringing the creature back with a -1/-1 counter.  when it dies after that persist doesn't trigger because of the negative counter, but undying does, going back and forth switching counters each time it dies
