For the record, I hate the way this site times you out when you try to post an extended post. Going to attempt to type this out again quickly.

This is my newest build. Having a couple issues with it, maybe someone might have an idea. The primary card:

The build I have so far is this:  6 enchantments/ 34 creatures/ 20 lands

Descendants' Path               x 4                       Safe Haven                   x 3
Copy Enchantment               x 2                       Hinterland Harbor         x 4
                                                                          Forests                         x 7
Woodland Changeling           x 4                        Islands                         x 6
Shapesharer                         x 3
Mothdust Changeling           x 3

Primeval Titan                      x 4

Brutalizer Exarch                  x 4
Rune-Scarred Demon           x 4
Phantasmal Image                x 4

Phyrexian Ingester              x 4
Loaming Shaman                  x 4

So this is how it works:

1: Using Changeling creatures allows any other creatures to become Tribal.
2: Turn 3 drop on Descendants' Path allows for some early beaters.
(Multiple Path's in play make for some heavy effects)
3: Primeval Titan thins your lands out so that your Path's get creatures.
4: Rune-Scarred Demon retrieves your Descendants' Path's to play.
5: Brutalizer Exarch sets up your Path and, later on clears opponents' permanents.
6: Phyrexian Ingester clears creature threats and gives you nice beaters.
7: Loaming Shaman recycles your creatures and your destroyed Path's.
8: Phantasmal Image copies any of the above for your on-the-go needs.
9: Safe Haven is a sort-of "Blink" to re-use your creatures.

The main problem is: Rune-Scarred Demon is the only method to retrieve your other Descendants' Path's. If I happen to draw a Demon to my hand, I'm stuck, it does me no good. I can splash black mana, but really want to keep it U/G.

Any suggestions? Any issues that might need to be addressed?

I'm pretty sure your deck is not Standard, so I'd suggest replacing the Demons with Crystal Balls. The Balls will allow you to filter your draws and throw the stuff you don't need on the bottom of your library.

No it isn't standard. Although Crystal Ball is nice, the problem lies with the fact that the entire deck needs to be creatures. The purpose for Rune-Scarred Demon is to pull the extra Descendants' Path's out of the deck to play, so that the Path's that are currently in play don't draw dead to an enchantment or artifact, etc. That's also the purpose of the Primeval Titan.....pulls out lands so there are no dead draws for the Path's.

There are lots of ways to filter the stuff out, but the catch is that I need creature sources to do it, so that the deck flows without any disruption.

I like the build alot and concerning your problem with rune-scar in hand, a single titan tutorable copy of urborg tomb of yagmoth can solve that

Gericault, you are absolutely brilliant, my friend. That didn't even occur to me. I just happen to have a single copy of it too. Most excellent.

I've been trying to figure out a creature source for mass creature removal too. If you happen to brainstorm anymore about this one and come up with anything, lemme know. Tried to work Terastodon in there too, but couldn't find a reasonable way to shift the creature advantage.

Brilliant, dude. Ha! This makes me happy.

use Oracle of Mul Daya and Archivist or a leveled Enclave Cryptologist (so you have a much higher chance of getting a creature at the top of the deck

I use both Descendant and Cream of the Crop for some Eldrazi shenanigans...

Don't forget Mutavault. Land that can hide from sorcery speed creature destruction, and activate in response to the Descendant's Path trigger to ensure you have a creature of every type.

Terakhan, mind if I get a deck list?

And Skybreak, wouldn't you want two of the tombs in case one accidentally gets thrown to the grave?
