Title: Another timing question.....

Timing is one thing I always seem to have issues with.....I'm wanting to restructure my reanimator deck and this is my question:
If I cast Victimize on a creature...
And the two creatures I choose to put into play, are Sadistic Hypnotist and Puppeteer Clique.....
Obviously, the Puppeteer's ability triggers.....If I then sacrifice the Puppeteer Clique to the Hypnotist, my opponent is to discard two cards......Am I able to wait until my opponent discards before Persist returns the Puppeteer Clique to play to re-trigger his ability? In case they discard a fatty......?

Normally, you could set the hypnotist's ability to resolve before the puppetteer's, sacrificing the puppet before his ability resolves, then persist would trigger before the hypnotists ability would resolve, then they would be forced to discard, however because you chose targets upon triggering, not resolution, you could not target the two cards discarded due to the hypnotist in either case of the puppet's ability, however none of this matters at all because of the very last part of the hypnotist's ability, you cannot activate it in response to anything so you just have to wait for the ability to resolve.
Short answer.
Puppets ability triggers
Puppets ability resolves
Sacrifice puppet, Hypnotist's ability triggers
Puppet hits grave Persist triggers
Persist resolves, Puppet triggers (chose target)
Puppet resolves
Hypnotist resolves

Hmmm. Foiled again..... It's still gonna do what I need it to do, just too bad the discarded cards don't apply.
