Title: Rexamining Tolarian Decks

It was brought to my attention a few weeks ago that Mox Opal is not restricted or banned in any format. Sadly it is legendary but still really powerful. So just for giggles I decided to crack open Magic Workstation and create an updated version of an Academy deck that wrecked me turn two. Problem is my current record is turn 3. I'm trying to figure out what I am missing.

I was thinking about swapping (some?all?) of the Blinkmouth infusions for hurkyl's recall but I wasn't positive about how many.
Mana Reflection was the last thing I added and have to say it works amazingly. I feel like there is one that costs less though.

how about using other finishers? a one card finisher works wonders in tolarian decks...

with a decklist like that maybe a few more card draw or card advantage...

I wasn't around for the Mox craziness of ABU, nor for the affinity craziness of Mirrodin, but what about:
- Disciple of the Vault

I've got the strokes of genius, prosperities, comet storms, and the Chimeric Staff. I found braingeyser's UUX casting cost was annoying because I didn't always have the opportunity to make all that blue to make card advantedge possible. I was thinking of helix pinnacle, but that is a lot of mana to produce in a single turn.

Aside from the AR, the SGs, the Ps, and the Howling mines (and recycles) what other card drawing would you recommend?
