i want to make an intruder alarm deck. does anybody have a suggestion. (preferably budget)

If you want to make it on a real budget, use Midnight guard with presence of gond.

if you have a little bit more money, you can do village bell ringer and splinter twin.

If you want to spend more than that, then I'd do Intruder alarm (yes this is time I am suggesting you use it) with aluren and man o war and then something like brainfreeze or mind's desire.
If you don't want to rely on storm spells, you can use prodigal sorcerors or tradewind riders.

I'm assuming you won't be using ikki, so I'll skip him.

It doesn't go well with things that tap creatures :P

But anyway, What do you want your deck to do?  That will tell you how to go.  Do you want to win via infinate creatures, in which case you want options like splinter twin, rakka mar, presence of gond, or non-combat means such as pingers, like prodigal sorcerer or pyromancer oh oh razerfin hunter, add deathtouch equipment for field control 

While neither is that expensive the pinger is the cheaper of the two, and I feel the more fun

You can use it with Intruder Alarm.

yes, you can play it with intruder alarm, but like I said above in regards to intruder alarm...

Your moving into 3 colors for an effect that can easily be counterproductive if your opponent can play more creatures then you.  How does that go well? 

Not to mention I was talking about "things that tap creatures"  how well does it go with gidion lawbreaker, scepter of dominance, giant oyster, etc...

i say... my friend has an intruder alarm deck... color? Black, Blue and Green... concept?

Main concept was Forbidden Orchard becoming a man-land using Lifespark Spellbomb and we have infinite mana... from there you can do echoing truth the tokens... make one of your opponent's basic land as a creature then Eradicate it... and a few fetch lands will do... I don't know the list but that's the idea...

also tap creatures like Glare of Subdual won't work because you opponents creatures will also untap after another creature enters the battlefield...

CREATURES

4 meminite

4 Birds of Paridise

4 Selesnya Evangel

4 Bloom Tender

4 mentor of the meek

SPELLS

3 Intruder Alarm

3 Hysteria

4 Naturalize

4 Chromitic Spheres

4 Ponder

2 Sylvian Scrying

 

With the right hand turn 3 win mostly by turn 4-5 thinking of taking meek out but it has helped me draw to wins

also thinking of taking ponder out for dispel.   Im ready for the mass amounts of critism for this deck:)
