They're really easy to do actually...mine are drying on they're chosen bases atm...I can make a guide if you like...but to be honest it's very simple...the real challenge is finding small enough figurines..

These are the first two...I used general RAAM for twilight(Renamed the ability troika blasts and clouds of kryll to be Magic Blasts and Clouds of Parasprites, and the russian iron man guy crimson dynamo for rainbow dash( I turned Energy Explosion into Sonic Rainboom(Energy Explosion).

THE JESTER PRESENTS

HEROCLIX MODIFACTIONS GUIDE

What you need:

-Razor Blade (Actually a really sharp knife will work, but I personally use a razorblade from a utility knife).

-Hot Glue Gun ( I use hot glue for most of my things, but feel free to use whatever works. I've heard Gorilla Glue is nice, but I like hot glue).

-A figurine that can fit on the base of whichever Heroclix you are modifying. (So far the largest figurine I've put on a base is 6 centimeters, but If you can make it work go for it).

-A steady hand and a little patience.

Step 1: Choose your character

So you want to have a heroclix of a certain character that hasn't showed up in the game yet? Not a problem. Now let's take a character that has yet to be featured in heroclix. Let's say Lion-O from the Thundercats. Now that we have a character let's go to step 2.

Step 2: Finding a character that matches yours.

Now here comes the tough part. Finding a character that matches your chosen character. Matching Lion-O With another character will be a little challenging, but not too difficult. I did a search on characters with supersenses and blades/claws/fangs via HCrealms.com's unit search feature, and found a Black Panther that is perfect for our thundercat hero.

Step 3: Mutilating a good Heroclix Character Removing the Heroclix figurine from it's Heroclix base.

This is by far the easiest step. First find the small black stand beneath the figurine. This stand seperates the figurine from the base. It should be shaped like a half-circle. This little piece is held together by a very tough adhesive. Using your blade start sawing into the little base until it starts to give way. (It will come loose after about 5 minutes - 1 hour depending on your method. I had a General RAAM that took me over an hour to cut through). Once you have removed the figure we move on to our final step.

Step 4: Your new Heroclix character.

So now comes the easy part. Apply glue to the bottom of your chosen character's feet and set it on the base in a manner that doesn't cover up any important game information. Give it a few minutes to dry and BAM! We have a Lion-O Heroclix character. For an added touch you can look up Robert's Dial Maker via google and generate your own Heroclix character card for him (only make cosmetic changes such as Sword of Omens(Blades/Claws/Fangs) and Sight Beyond Sight(Super Senses). But if you have a lenient playgroup, just black out the character and point info on the original Heroclix character base and make your own stats. Give Lion-O an original TA. Something like this.

TEAM ABILITY: THUNDERCATS
Give this character a power action. Friendly characters you control may use Leap/Climb until the beginning of your next turn. Uncopyable.

Well you can snag a fast forces beginner kit for around 15 dollars. They have many starter sets. I personally started with an Actionclix halo reach pack myself (And had to rewrite the mentally retarded crossover rules too). Or snag a booster pack for around 12 dollars (Comes with 5 random figs. a fun way to get started). So far they have Heroclix that appeals to Superhero fans, Military/FPS fans, and LOTR/Fantasy fans. There are also several sub genres, I.E. Zombies, Ninjas, Martial Artists, ect... But the Superhero/Military/Fantasy ones are the big 3 honestly.

And I mean fantasy as in Classic D&D, not as in...ZOMG! SKYRIM! MUST.TAKE.ARROW.IN.KNEE! LOLZ...SOISOISOISOISOISOSIOI!

I have one pinkie pie figurine...The guy that runs our gamer shop (Games, Comics, and more) is supposed to be getting some horrorclix in soon. Also I'm considering either deadpool or Nemesis for a pinkie pie clix. I like Deadpool cause he's random, but the look on my opponent's face as I place a collosal stand with pinkie pie on it is a hilarious thought...

EDIT: Also, make deadpool riding pinkie! (nonsexually (eh, or sexually (wait, no nevermind, that would be really weird)))
