My vote goes to Delver of Secrets.

Actually, all of blue's transforming cards are better than the rest in my opinion. It may be rare that you can crack it open, but the Test Subject is basically GG if you manage to transform it. And I'm thinking Homicidal Brute may even be pretty good in the right deck.

The werewolves so far are total garbage though. The fact that they transform back is a real liability, and sometimes you have to give up a turn just to turn them. A few cards spoiled from Dark Ascension look like they might help, but I'm skeptical.

The entire transform mechanic is stupid, but i would say bloodline keeper/lord of lineage!

Reckless Waif , because Well-Behaved Waif would have been a bad card.

I agree that the transforming mechanic is pretty stupid, at least in physical magic anyway. I just started playing around with Magic Online again, and transforming is much more fun when you don't have to carry around 20+ tokens.

Reckless Waif is definitely the best werewolf so far though.
