Can I copy the spell Cunning Wish multiple times with a card like twincast or something... I just want to know if it can be done, I'm not sure because the card says to exile it at the end. So if it would work, I can choose the number of instant cards I copied and then exile Cunning Wish at the end..... If someone can plz confirm or correct me, would really appreciate it.

In short yes.

When a card refers to itself by name it refers to just that one, not to other copies, so for example if you have 2 lords of the pit out, you can sac the 2nd one to the firsts ability since they are different objects.  same thing works here as the copies resolve the copy gets exiled.  the orginal doesn't get exiled until it resolves, at which time its wording applies to itself

Ok got it, I can make as many copies of it before the original resolves, I'm sure that's it.
