What is a green creature that let's you sac other creatures? This is preferably one that does damage.

Typically, sacrificing green critters gives you +1/+1 counters or life gain. You may have to run some G/B or G/R critters for that.  Only thing that comes to mind right now are maybe......Golgari Rotwurm, Viridian Scout, Unyaro Bees.  Also, there are creatures with Devour that you may wanna check out....Skullmulcher, Gluttonous Slime, Hellkite Hatchling, etc.

orochi egg watcher gives another creature a boast to do more damage

however your best bet is to use an artifact like blasting station or skull catapult
