Title: Best Land?

In this game, lands used to be the slapped around product. Other than dual lands, if you needed a land I'm sure you could find someone that would hand you a box full of them. Sugar coat them, give them great art, they're still lands!

With Strip Mine and Maze of Ith though, people suddenly went, these things can do stuff! Limited to one a turn, but drop it into play and it does stuff!

So my question is what is your favorite land!

My personal favorite has always been Arena. It was a card you got when you purchased a book and it had a little pen symbol on it. I used it in Sengir Vampire decks to direct damage creatures to pump up the Sengir and since it directed you could take out the Royal Assassins that could pop out against the old slow vampire deck.

I have always been a fan of Vesuva, but favorite is the red/white one that grants double strike. To lazy to look it up . . .

My favorite lands were always Tolarian Academy, Karakas, and Oasis.

There really is no one most powerful lands! Theyre all good in different ways! Some of hte best though, are tolarian academy, gaea's cradle, strip mine, maze of ith, mishras workshop, and diamond valley!

Its like a bad diamond valley, but it makes mana! (Which is a significant advantage....!)

Although they are all good in their own ways, Gaea's cradle has really work well for my Rhys the Redeemed EDH.
