ps: sorry in advanced for caps... they are only there do distinguis between letters that must be there and what is to be changes... any caps in it should be changed

1)

<___a___ hr___ef___=___"___WEB ADDRESS___"___>___YOUR TITLE___<___/___a___>

highlight that line above, then copy, and paste it into your text as is

2)

replace WEB ADDRESS with the address you want to send people to
replace YOUR TITLE to with the title the link is supposed to have

3)

remove all ___ from the link

4) post

reminder, there should be 1 space between a hr
and spaces in your title is ok too... otherwise no spaces

the result should give you a link like this link to one of my combos
lure opponents army away

note: hr ef should be together like href for the link to work

This post is being posted in Chrome. It will be a direct guide to basic HTML that you can use when the openWYSIWYG editor is unavailable. (For those who don't understand HTML, all codes are activated by typing them in < and > and ended with <, / and >; there are exceptions that will be listed further in).

Let's start with the basics:

B, I, U and S respectively symbolize bold, italicized, underlined, and struck-through (crossed-out) text.

Links are made by writing a href="Link Goes Here" between the brackets. There are optional things you can add as well; for example, following that code, you can type in a brief description of your post followed by another /a in the brackets. You could also optionally add a style tag to your link to 'decorate it'. Let me provide an example:

< a href = "Link Goes Here" style = "text-decoration:none; color:#XXXXXX">Describe your link here!< /a >

The text-decoration style that you see here alters any formatting in your link, setting it to 'none' will remove the underline from your link, and color will obviously change your link's text color when followed by a hexadecimal color code (e.g.: #FF0000 would make the font red).

You can embed images by using img src="Image Link Here". Optionally, you can alter the image's size by adding height="X" and/or width="Y" directly after it (using only one of the two will resize the image, but it will maintain its aspect ratio; by using both, you can force a rectangular image to take a more squared shape), and by adding a title or alt tag, you can add a brief description to your post, found when you roll over the image with your mouse or when the image fails to load respectively.

And that's everything you really need to know about basic HTML for posting on this site. It should also be noted, if it's not immediately evident, that when using HTML, all tags must be closed properly; for example, a bold tag will not work properly like so— < b >—all spaces between the element and the brackets must be closed for it to work.

Why search Google? The W3Schools website taught me everything I know about HTML.

That's a lot of HTML knowledge.

It's probably somewhere else. Posts don't get "removed" as there are no mods.

I thought there was a forum, where the mod requested people that actually use the site to take over his job. At least, I figured he was a mod because he was requesting mods and his name didn't link to a profile like normal people's do. (I'm sure that is bad grammar, but don't care.)

You're talking about Sync. Sync is the closest we have to a mod, but he/she either lurks or is never here. However, he/she did say something about making mods recently, but we haven't heard anything since.
