The other Sunday, I was in a Tournament, I acicdently cast a Hideous End: Destroy Target Non-black Creature, its controller looses 2 life. All his creatures were black, does the loss of life go through?

If it does, would it still work if his creatures were white and they had pro black?

1. You must choose the target of your spell first if it targets anything. Then if the target is not in play or are not legal as the spell resolves, it becomes null or no effect at all.

Now, if the target of hideous end is your creature because there is no legal target on your opponents side, you will lose life...

Building off that question, say you cast the spell on the only non-black creature in play, but before the spell resolves, your opponent changes that creatures color to black

When casting a spell that requires a target, the legalitty of that target is checked at two seperate points.  The 1st point is when casting a spell.  you need to choose a target then and it needs to be legal.  Since you are targeting a BW creature it is not a legal target for hideous end, which can only target non-black creatures.  In this case the creature might be white but it is also black.  As a result you can not cast hidous end abd it stays in your hand.  no creature destroyed or no life lose because it was never played

The 2nd point a target is checked to be valid is resolution of the spell.  If the spell was cast because the creature was a legal target at the casting, the spell will sit on the stack until resolution, the target will then be checked again to make sure it is still a legal target.  if at somepoint while the spell sat on the stack, and another spell or ability changed the color of the target or gave it shroud.  it is no longer a valid target.  For a spell that requires a target to resolve it needs to have at least 1 valid target and if it does not it "fizzles" or becomes countered and goes to the grave.  Again no creature destroyed or lose of life because it never resolved.

in the case of the OP the spell should never have been able to be cast, and to answer the pro-black part the result is the same as number 1.  A black card can not target a pro-black creature so that creature is an illegal target.
