Title: Card suggestions

Yo.

I'm making a blue/white deck and am looking for some blue or white cards that allow me to shuffle my graveyard into my library. I've found Quest for Ancient Secrets which is blue, but it's an enchantment and I'm looking for something that's cheaper and/or faster. I've also found Reminisce which is 2 colorless and 1 blue and is a sorcery, which is great and is definitely going in.

Any help would be appreciated!

I forgot about those artifacts. Look's like the cane is goin' in. I don't want to use the other ones because they make my opponent(s) shuffle their libraries also, which I don't want to do.

Alright, I have another one for you all. I'm looking for a card that is blue and gives all your creatures or all blue creatures flying. I believe it's an enchantment. I cannot, for the life of me, remember what the card is called.

For your graveyard shuffling issue, you may also consider Stream of Consciousness or Wheel of Sun and Moon, since you are using white. For your flying issue, you may consider the creature Wonder. As long as you control an island and he is in your graveyard, all your critters will fly.

^ Yeah, Wheel of Sun and Moon is pretty nice. I'll keep it in mind.

So, after much planning and looking at every blue and white card (pretty much), I've put together a Merfolk deck. It's basically a Merfolk token deck. The point of it is to produce a lot of Merfolk on the cheap and use some of the other cards to get them pumped and then waste an opponent because they have islandwalk. Then, try and keep the opponent(s) from attacking me.

Here's the list so far:

Merrow Reejerey x4
Lord of Atlantis x4
Stonybrook Banneret x4
Stonybrook Schoolmaster x4
Aquitect's Will x4
Merrow Commerce x2
Merfolk Sovereign x2
Wanderwine Prophets x2
Summon the School x4
Judge of Currents x2
Veteran of the Depths x2
Seahunter x4
Crawlspace x2
Teferi's Moat x2

Possibly include:

Door of Destinies x2
Followed Footsteps x2

Sideboard:

Reminisce x4 (against mill decks)
Levitation x2 (against flying decks)
Disenchant x4 (against annoying artifact equipment decks and crazy creature enchantments)
Diplomatic Immunity x2 (against direct damage or "destroy target creature" decks)
Counterspell x4

Well, let me know what you guys think. It seems that when I get all of these, it should be a pretty well-rounded deck.

Um... but as far as feedback goes.... it's pretty difficult to make  suggestions to improve it... uh....try Merrow Harbinger prehaps?
