Hi. I'm creating my own set using Magic Set Editor. It's about Cloud creatures. Cloud creatures' power is always 0, but they have very high toughness and amazing abilities to deal with it. For example, you can gain life equal to target cloud toughness, deal damage each upkeep to target creature equal to their toughness (Raining, it's called) and much more. But, as always, I've soon realised that the cards I've made are too good. So I need someone to help me developing it. It would also be very helpful helping me with some card arts (my painting is awful).

I've always liked the idea of a 0/1 creature or comparable that taps and you gain life equal to target creature's power an opponent controls. I would make it 1W. It could be common.

The trick to that would be to split the abilities and the creatures, for the powerful abilities make them aura's or equipment, and of course you can keep a few with the abilities, but make sure they pay for it.

I'm wholly unsure how a "Cloud creature" set would really pan out. Of course you have the different types of clouds which offers a bit of diversity, but when you have a whole set of creatures with 0 power, you really have to focus on the abilities of the creatures which can get extremely difficult over time. At a certain point, you're just going to be rehashing abilities until you have twenty cards that say "CARDNAME deals X damage to target creature without flying".

Well, it could be about other tribes dealing with that Cloudfolk, like Rise of the Eldrazi or Kamigawa. You have cards supporting clouds (like some tribe praying to the clouds, cloud lords etc.), damaging clouds, protecting from clouds and stuff like that.
