This is a variation on a deck I currently use, but I am trying to make it better. It is a Mono-blue Merfolk deck, made for stealing creatures, and just being a royal PITA (Pain in the a$$). The current deck is rather vicious, but not quite fast enough to suit my needs. The basis for the deck is stealing creatures with the Seasingers, and pumping my Merfolk with Lords and Sovereigns, Islandwalking for big damage, and Leviathan for the
coup de grace
