So first off, the context of this question involves me building a deck thats primary way of winning is getting my opponent to ragequit! Silly stuff like grip of chaos+radiate, or turn 1 mishras workshop>mana vault>guilded lotus>shahrazad! So my question is, if im in a shahrazad subgame, can i use a Wish to get shahrazad into the subgame?

Yes. Yes you can. Burning Wish plus Shahrazad ought to do the trick over and over again. Then, when you're running low on Wish cards to pull from your deck, you can play Research (as in Research // Development) to shuffle a few more Wishes and Shahrazad into your library again.

We'll call this "Magiception".

A few Exilir of Immortality cards or Feldon's Canes would be nice to have as well just to shuffle your respective graveyards into your library beforehand so you're not left wanting.

Casual is the best and most widely accepted format.

EDH!

EDIT: Also, on a similar wish topic, can search for a card that i already have in my deck, or does that break the singleton rule?!

You can search for a card that is the same as a card that is already in your deck, and the number of the same cards per deck rule only applies at the start of the game.

I'm pretty sure that it would break the "Singleton rule", yeah... I think that it implies that you can't use more than one card that's already in your deck.

It wouldn't break the singleton rule, as the singleton rule is a deck building rule, not a game-playing rule.

that is true because if you lets say use a wish or something to get a card you have in your deck and find a way to shuffle it in, your not breaking the rules.
