I'm getting so sick and tired of the people on MWS. Never fails that someone quites when the game turns and they start to lose. They have not lost yet, but since they no longer have a lock on me they quite.

Either that or else they are just so freaking rude. I finally had a descent game playing my dark boros against a Tribal-Rebel deck. I lost and I am not ashamed to say that I did, but this Jack A$$ decides to start calling me a NOOB and that I should learn to play the game.

My old play group is gone, my wife is not playing much, and I my shop closed down while I was on deployment. Ugh, I need to find a new hobby to preoccupy myself.

Online losers feel they have power. They are cowards who hide behind a screen, try cockatrice over MWS

It's all well and good if people can win $30,000 at a card game, but when you spend $10,000 to build the deck that won? Pretty sad.

And let's not forget that this is a freaking GAME. I mean, come on folks, it's fine to love something and do it as a hobby, like football, but even then, if you're obsessed with WINNING the NFL, you've got no life. Absolutely none. To all spikes who believe that winning is everything, convert yourself to Timmyism.

On the other hand, it's fine to be competitive, but to rub it in your opponent's face when they lose? A word from the wise:

I'M TALLER AND STRONGER THAN YOU, SO DON'T THINK FOR A SECOND THAT YOU'RE BETTER THAN ME BECAUSE YOU CAN TOPDECK BETTER THAN I CAN.

@pie- MWS = Magic Work Station its an online deck building/playing program

@Ghostfire-yeah most of the people on MWS are assholes, unless you netdeck your a NOOB even when you win and thats if they don't quit.  I love the ones who talk all this smack when they barely beat you, and then prissy off when you go "Round 2?"

I still play on MWS sometimes but usually with people I know or I build a new deck (I like MWS's deck building tools) but the majority of the time I play on Cockatrice, most of the people are nicer and I really like the multiplayer option, allowing for group and EDH.

Speaking of which we have to get an EDH game going again.

Just saying, that people tend to be nicer in general when they aren't fluent in english, and they don't quit as much when the game is scored.
