Title: Need some help remembering cards.

So I was thinking about Equilibrium.

Isn't there a card that says when a creature comes into play you add mana to your mana pool?

I was thinking something like a creature that comes into play, adds mana to your mana pool bounces a target with Equilibrium then you can sack it for mana or takes cards from your opponent like Alter of Dementia and maybe have Fecundity to draw a card too. 

For some reason I can't remember the make mana to come into play. 

If not I'll just get a darn Llanowar Elf and have Fervor in it!

Carnival of Souls, but you'd need a Soul Warden of sorts to balance out the drawback
