Someone was telling me the other day this would work.
You put this car in play,
then an artifact equipment with a 0 equip cost and target it as much as you want and it will continue to give it +0/+2 for each time you said equip.
Then if you like you can make it trample and switch its power/toughness and viola, if they don't have a card in hand to stop it.
It looks like it would work, but I have this weird suspicion that some errata is involved.

It seems to make sense. I could have sworn someone posted something similar with nomads en-kor and about face. I would say it works. Equipping has to involve targeting because you can't equip a shrouded creature can you?

Yes, it works. The combo is Shuko, Daru Spiritualist, and Starlit Sanctum.
