And I poll how many of you even know what a vanguard is?

I think that Lin meant the original Vanguard cards, not the new MTGO ones. My favorite would be Starke.

As long as they're cannon ones and not home made ones I think they count. 

There were actually a good batch of Vanguard cards that I'm not sure people are aware of. 

I think they bring a great twist to the game.

Personally i prefer the online ones they offered a greater range on interesting effects, but for the printed ones I like Greven il vec, superdeath touch with pingers is fun
