I notice in the EDH...er...Commander rules there's a ban list but no restricted list. Wonder why that is?

I heard from someone that Grizzly Bears is restricted in EDH.

Every card (other than basic lands) in EDH/Commander is restricted due to the format (max 1 of each).

Not sure if this was a genuine question or if I need to retune my sarcasm-dar.

The irony of this all is the fact that this topic is called 'Thought to Ponder' because there is a clear lack of thought and I would hardly call any of this pondering...Just throwing in my 2 cents...which is all I have till payday...damn brake calipers...and rotors....and pads....

I always liked portent more, the ability to use it on your opponents is actually very helpful
