Title: Combat damage

How many ways can i cause it to be dealt each turn cheaply. I've got mage slayer and double strike for 3 times. only other ideas are additional combat phases, but the only idea i have for crunching them out like crazy requires an elf deck. I'm going for creatures that have effects on dealing combat damage, and want to maximize them.

I assume you want the combat damage to hit the player so with that in mind, as you stated your best bet is to go with multiple combat turns, your other option is go with creatures that redirect combat damage ability, such as lone wolf.  Third option is use instants to redirect the damage, like captains manuver, to recreate lone wolfs ability, since redirected combat damage is still combat damage. 

Additional combat damage is tough to get since it only occurs twice per turn, once when first strike damage is dealt the, second when regular damage occurs, and without combat it won't occur, watch the wording since some things look like combat damage but are not, for example mage slayers ability does damage not combat damage

Dang. One of my posted combos is wrong then. Any way to remove it?

You can always use relentless assault and such... That will give you an additional combat phase and main phase after post combat main phase.
