Build a mtg starter deck. The average theme deck consists of two rares, nine uncommons, twenty-five or so commons, and roughly 24 land. Feel free to move around the number of land and commons, but the deck must have at least 23 land (the smallest amount I've found in a deck). It must be vintage legal for this challenge. Good deck building.
