For anyone who is going to the pre release of 2012, I'm curious as to what combos/decks you are looking at using. I'm always up for finding out as much info as i can before going into something, and I've always been open about my findings. Such as this little combo:

Gideon's Lawkeeper   Royal Assassin

mtgsalvation.com spoiled the royal assassin, so I'm not sure if it's in the set, but they are usually pretty accurate.

So what combos has anyone else noticed (not synergy)? And what decks are you looking to build if you do/are going to the prerelease?

That is synergy, not a combo.

Also, synergy is as good as you are going to get in a Prerelease. It's how I won once (the tournament, not a match).

Yeah, just like the Spikeshot Elder and Grafted Exoskeleton that I opened in my sealed pool at the Scars of Mirrodin prerelease.

The Spikeshot Elder alone is rough to get in a starter tourney.  Getting the Grafted Exoskelton with it is just plain wrong.

I meant Bloodshot Trainee.
