Okay, I have a March of the Machines out, then I play a Godhead of Awe. Then I play a Mycosynth Lattice. What happens to lands?

all the lands die for being 0/0
Reason being (cliffnotes version) MOM has no affect on lands without the lattice, this forms a dependency and as a result the "timestamp" for the way MOM affects the lands begins when that dependcy does so the 0/0 overrides the 1/1 since it was applied later.
so yes hungry you are correct in your thinking.
