I am SOOOO glad Wizards made the shitty Garruk that m12 was supposed into one of the most the most BEASTLY (haha, a punn) Walkers I have ever seen.

I'll probably only use him for his first ability.

However, with Doubling Season, you can use his ability immediately.

F*** Green Sun Zenith! Say you have 8 lands out (which is really common in Mono Green) then play Garruk and and +1 him three times in 3 turns and you now have 3 3/3's. THEN +1 him again (let's say you play another land as well) and now you have 4 3/3's. THEN -6 and get 9 6/6. Then your creature total will be 13 epic fatties PLUS whatever you had on the battlefield already.

 

SO WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE 1 GOOD CREATURE, OR 13 EPIC FATTIES?

I question why wrath of god still costs more than day of judgment, can't you not use wrath of god in standard? (I don't really know, I never play standard)
