Not bad, it's fast, ferocious, and the poision gives an alt. win con, not to mention many of the creatures are threats unto themselves. I'd reccomend some enchant/artifact bust to deal with equips/enchants. Other than that It's a fairly solid deck. Good Job.

Okay now for suggestions:

You may want to consider slimming down some the equips for some more artifacts. Stuff like tumble magnets and contagion clasp would be good. Another thing you may wish to include is some Journey to Nowheres and Condemns (Since you are running alongside infect, what does it matter if they gain some life?) Getting some porcelain legionarres would also not be a bad idea, as they can usually stall an aggro player fairly often (or trade with their legionarre). Some tectonic edges may be needed if you run into other nexus's or valakut. Brave the elements would be a capital way to survive a pyroclasm (or a whipflare), not to mention that it can help you strike a killing blow due to the protection clause. Possibly try to add some dismembers if you think you won't cripple yourself to badly, maybe even just sideboard it (but even so 1 mana and 4 life to -5/-5 a target is sweet.). Oh, and uhhhhhh, Sun titan? Just in case you run into a day of judgement or black sun's zenith? Well that's about it from me as far as suggestions go. Time to make like my dad's pants and split!
